Dexter G. Stallworth, MD

Dr. Stallworth graduated with a BS degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, and then earned his MD degree from the Meharry College of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Stallworth’s Diagnostic Radiology Residency training and Neuroradiology Fellowship were accomplished at the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida, where he was chosen Chief Resident in his senior year. Dr. Stallworth has served the Tampa Bay area with his Neuroradiology and Musculoskeletal Radiology expertise for the past 15 years and is Board Certified with full certification in Diagnostic Radiology with Certificate of Added Qualification in Neuroradiology.

Dr. Stallworth is currently on staff at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, the Shriner’s Hospital Tampa Unit, and the James A. Haley Veteran’s Administration Hospital, Tampa, Florida. Dr. Stallworth is a senior member of the American Society of Neuroradiology, the American Medical Society, The National Medical Association, the American Society of Spine Radiology, and the Hillsborough County Medical Association. Dr. Dexter Stallworth has a teaching appointment at the University of South Florida College of Medicine and participates in numerous academic endeavors.
