
GREGORY CARNEY, MD
Before joining the University Diagnostic Institute (UDI) Dr. Gregory Carney graduated from University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, and then earned his MD degree at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. After an Internship in Surgery at the University of Alabama, Dr. Carney completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency and Fellowships in Neuroradiology and Musculoskeletal Radiology at the University of South Florida. Dr. Carney is currently an Associate Professor at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center of the University of South Florida College of Medicine where he is involved in numerous academic endeavors.
Dr. Carney is on the medical staff of the James A. Haley Veteran’s Administration Hospital, the Shriner’s Hospital, Tampa Unit, and the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr. Carney is also a member of the American Society of Neuroradiology, the Hillsborough County Medical Society, and the American Society of Spine Radiology.
